GILLIO HOUSE

PRIVATE RESIDENCE

A residence of style and comfort

FLOOR PLANS

The Balance Between Family Interaction and Private Retreats

The Gillio House is a private residence with a thoughtfully designed floor plan that balances functionality and aesthetic charm, tailored to the needs of its residents. The layout emphasizes open spaces for family interaction, while also providing private areas dedicated to rest and reflection.

On the main level, a spacious central living area seamlessly connects to a leisure patio at the back of the house, creating a welcoming and practical setting for both daily activities and relaxation. This central space serves as a diagonal axis, facilitating movement between the home’s entrance and the back patio while connecting other rooms on this floor.

The upper level holds the private areas of the residence, designed to ensure seclusion and provide ample room for personal spaces. Strategically placed windows offer views of the surrounding landscape while promoting natural ventilation and abundant daylight, fostering an atmosphere of openness and tranquility.

INTERIOR DESIGN

A Blend of Warmth and Modern Elegance

The interior design of the Gillio House combines warmth with modern elegance, creating spaces that are both inviting and functional. Thoughtfully chosen materials, such as natural wood and stone, provide a cozy atmosphere, while clean lines and minimalist furnishings add a contemporary touch. Private rooms like the bedrooms and office feature soft, subdued color palettes and gentle lighting to create relaxing, personal retreats. This balanced approach results in a home that is both stylish and comfortable, well-suited for lively family gatherings as well as tranquil moments of relaxation.
